Good Morale. No matter the position you hold; administrative, teacher, or student you should feel respected and be excited to be apart of the Palermo School District.
Communication. Parents and teachers should feel confident about bringing their questions and concerns to the school board. They should feel respected and heard.
Educated decision making. As a board member you are responsible for being educated on issues in your district. We should be asking questions, asking for additional information, and be willing to table an issue until more information is provided.
