Biography

I am an engineer, small businessman and community development leader. As the son of immigrants, I know the importance of hard work, integrity, and community. My wife and I raised our children here in the Central Valley and I have spent the last 20 years creating jobs and opportunities for working families. Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity inspired me to start my business which invests in critically-needed projects across the Valley. I helped build health clinics in Fowler, Huron, Lemoore, Mendota, Sanger, Selma, and Parlier that serve thousands of families every day. I have raised over $65 million for job training and educational facilities, clean energy plants, and affordable housing. My business has helped create over 1,500 jobs here in the Central Valley.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I am running for Congress because our nation and community are at a turning point. As an engineer, I fix things that are broken - and Congress is definitely broken. We need new leadership that will get things done for our Central Valley. Water is our Valley’s lifeblood. Every one of our communities deserves clean, fresh drinking water. In Congress, I’ll work every day to ensure everyone has safe drinking water and I will work to help grow our agricultural economy. I will ensure we expand access to affordable healthcare for all and I will fight to protect Social Security and Medicare. My commitment to you is simple: I will never forget that I work for you. I would be honored to earn your vote.
