- To restore the once high level services from our Rio Hondo College to El Monte. They have all but disappeared.
- To provide ESL (English as a Second Language Classes) and Citizenship Classes to our Immigrants so they can function fully in our society.
- To ensure dual enrollment (Credit Classes from 5th through 12th grades)--Two Years Tuition FREE
