My Top 3 Priorities

  • Bring global business to California through a California Trade Office set up globally all over the world -- 5 to 10 trillion dollars in new business.
  • Improve women's entrepreneurship from 8% to 50%; train them in entrepreneurship schools, create bank lines of credit, no taxes for five years.
  • Post-pandemic grants to California households for up to $1 million (for 14 million homes), to be used in the state of California only.

How would you address California’s need for affordable housing for low- and moderate-income earners? Please include specific proposals.
Answer from Kevin K. Kaul:

Promote the building of vertical homes on state land for affordable housing.

How would you address the issue of California’s residents who are unhoused? Please include specific proposals.
Answer from Kevin K. Kaul:

Within 3 months' time of taking office as governor, I would use 3D printing technology to build homes for the homeless, and I would bring in sponsors to give homeless people training and jobs, and they will get tax credits for it.

What programs or legislation would you support to meet the water needs of all Californians?  Please include specific proposals.
Answer from Kevin K. Kaul:

I will start construction of storage tanks on day one of taking office, would promote desalination of sea water, and will challenge the environmentalists to explain why we are dumping good water into the ocean.
