The Keystone Amendment will make the Citizens of Santa Barbara, Owners of the Business of Santa Barbara and issue Dividends and Pensions to the Citizens for Living in Santa Barbara and Owning the Business.

 

Hidden-Stone Amendment

 

The Hidden Stone Amendment will give Santa Barbara fathers of unborn children some say to halt spontaneous pregnancy terminations.
