I have lived in Turlock for over 50 years and worked for the City of Turlock for 30 of those years. During that time I held the positions of Accountant, Sr Accountant, Supervising Accountant, Sr Administrative Analyst, Support Services Supervisor and Technical Services Manager, supervising payroll and IT Services.  I have had the opportunity to learn and interact with a diverse group of not only elected officials, but City Staff as well as the Community.  Prior to my elected position as City Treasurer I worked with the City Treasurer Elect and supported them by making short term investments and balancing the monthly finance report before submitting it to the City Treasurer for review.  I have held volunteer positions as Treasurer in PTA at Dutcher and Turlock Junior High Schools as well as several non-profit fund raising groups.  I am very active in our Community and my husband and I donate and support many local causes financially and donate time and energy to those groups.  I serve on the Turlock Funeral Home Board and run a local business with my two partners.  I know the financial responsibilities and aspects of private business and local government well.  

To maximize the return of the City of Turlock's portfolio within the guidelines of the State Investment Code, the City of Turlock's Investment Policy and the City of Turlock Cash Flow constraints.
