·      II’m a litigator. For the past 10 years I’ve represented individuals whose civil rights have been violated, who’ve been harassed, discriminated and assaulted in the workplace. I’ve represented employees who have been cheated out of a fair wage and consumers who have been cheated by profit motivated corporations. I’ve fought some of the largest companies in the world. As Lt. Gov., I intend to represent and fight for the people of California with the same ferocity that I fight for my clients.
