I was raised in El Dorado Hills, I swam with Taz, played youth sports (volleyball, basketball and softball), and graduated in the 3rd graduating class from Oak Ridge High. When I purchased the home I grew up in, I decided to put my education and professional experiences to work here for my community. Since that time I have volunteered countless hours for local non-profits, helped create the El Dorado Hills Promise Foundation and have been appointed to serve on several county commissions. However, I am most proud to have been able to represent you, my family, friends and neighbors on the CSD Board.
My work is not done! I have heard the community loud and clear, and you do not want to see the former Executive Golf Course be turned into a sea of roof tops! I have stepped up as your locally elected voice to help lead the charge to save this propoerty. I want to continue serving our community so that I can fight for the CSD to purchase the property and return it back to you and its intended use as a community asset!
My professional and educational background has been an invaluable asset to the District and is what helped the CSD to successfully navigate through the ‘Great Recession.’ I am proud that we did not furlough a single employee, we built our reserves, continued to provide the superior services and programs the community enjoys and continued to expand and renovate our park system. It is that hard work and fiscal oversight that has allowed us to purchase land to create the Bass Lake Regional Park and have the money available to negotiate to purchase the former Executive Golf Course.
I hope I can count on your support on November 3rd. A vote for me, Noelle Mattock, is a vote for a proven leader with the experience and deep commitment to being your for our community.
