- Create jobs by reducing operating cost and fees of small businesses, lower taxes, and provide a $5,000 tax credit for every employee hired, with Public Works Projects, which will create jobs with the "Small Business & Employment Act."
- End illegal immigration with the "Anna Roes Immigration Reform Act" that will secure our borders, with a program for undocumented immigrants to become a Provisional Citizen, passing a background check, with a pathway to citizenship within five years.
- "Healthcare for America Act" will reduce the cost of Healthcare, with premiums and deductibles based on income,sliding scale for services, will cover pre-existing conditions, and no mandates.

Immigration laws need to be changed. My plan the "Anna Rose Immigration Reform Act" will end illegal immigration, by securing our borders; establishing a program for undocumented immigrants to have an opportunity to become a Provisional Citizen, by passing a criminal background check; with a pathway to citizenship within five years.
I plan to represent the people of my district, for the House of Respresentative has become the "House of Wall Street," the "House of Special Interest," the House of Lobbyist." Everyone in my district will have their voices heard, as part of my Community Awareness Program (CAP), were we will meet to discuss the concerns of those that I will be representing, as well as their voices will be heard throughout the Halls of Congress.
We as a Nation need to work with other Nations that up-hold freedom, to form a coalition that will provide security, to prevent terrorism, and to be sure that peace will prevail over those who seek to destroy peace.
I would introduce legisiation that would fund the building of structures in California, to capture all rain runoff, for millions of gallons of rain water flows out into the ocean, which could be saved for our current drought, and future drought.

We find ourselves today as a divided Nation with a World in turmoil. The role of a Representative in Congress, is to serve the people that they represent, and that is exactly what I'm committed and prepared to do. We can work together to make a difference in order to leave a better future for generations to come.
Small Business & Employment Act: Will cut payroll taxes, reduce business operating cost and fees, provide tax credits for hiring, JobTraining Programs, as well as Public Work's Projects to create jobs.
Anna Rose Immigration Reform Act: This Act will end illegal immigration, by securing our borders; establishing a program for undocumented immigrants to have an opportunity to become a Provisional Citizen, by passing a criminal background check; with a pathway to citizenship within five years.
Armenian Genocide Day of Remembrance Act: Will recogniz the Armenian Genocide, and will honor and secure justice for genocide-era victims and their families that will be observed every April 24th.
Fair Education & College Act: This Act keeps teachers in the classrooms, lowers College tuition, with a 1% Student Loan Rate, as well as funding for Vocational Training Programs.
Healthcare For America Act: Provides Healthcare for all Americans, with premiums and deductibles based on income, sliding scale for services, will cover pre-existing conditions, no mandates, as well as will make Health Insurance available Nation-wide on a competitive basis.
Veteran's Benefits Act: Will end backlogs and delays in Veterans receiving benefits, as well as will provide our Veterans and their families the services they deserve.
