My Top 3 Priorities
Social Security Recipients did not receive a cost-of-living increase this year because the Social Security Administration uses an outdated Consumer Price Index. I will work to change the index so that there is a regular increase each year.
I support increasing military pay. I will also fight to fully fund the Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans issues will be a priority in my office.
I will introduce legislation to reduce student loan interest rates and promote more reasonable repayment terms.
