My Top 3 Priorities

  • Education: I am deeply committed to protecting public education from being hijacked by private interests, including ineffective charters. I want to make California’s public education funding nationally competitive and address our teacher shortage.
  • Healthcare: I fully support universal healthcare and will work to expand and enhance healthcare coverage for all Californians. Additionally, I will address the nursing shortage, and advocate for increasing mental health services.
  • I also remain committed to bold, progressive policy in environmental protection, water conservation, labor and wage protection, civil rights, women’s rights, and any policies that empower families to preserve their health and their livelihoods.
