Breon Dupree Hollie born March 11th 1995 is the youngest elected public city official for the City of Los Angeles representing the 8th district of south los Angeles under councilman Harris Dawnson. Raised by a single mother Mr. Hollie had instilled values of leadership and exceptional knowledge and ambition to make a difference. After graduation he attended Los Angeles film school for music production and is currently enrolled at Los Angeles City college as a business major. His first business as an entrepreneur was at 17 running a recording studio later at 20 years old an online business and then became founder and CEO of Swaglife Entertainment. With an appointment to a local city council board his community service began at 21 speaking on panels regarding homelessness city services community empowerment and education and economic development. As a entrepreneur Mr. Hollie is a big advocate for entrepreneurs and creating job opportunities within his district by putting on job fairs attending small business summits and working with the city and council office to provide aid to small businesses. After 3 years of being appointed led to him joining in the race to assembly. Mr. Hollie is now the youngest millennial to ever run for state assembly 54th district at 23 years old making California history.

Creating job opportunities increase employment opportunities by increasing small businesses and entrepreneurial endeavors raising the tax revenue while creating incentives without raising taxes on individuals and constituents. 

Developing more international commerce by increasing tourism that creates opportunities for local city governments and state to address projects around real estate development construction of new roads freeways and bridges continuing to create incentives events and other services provided for tourists. 

Creating funds that is allocated for specific use purposes such as the California gas tax and the transportation tax . Funds can invested with the use of high taxes on individuals and entities which pays for specific needs. Increasing educational funds for that system with more state scholarships and monies for other programs within the California educational system. Each fund has it's unique purpose and state expenditures
