Pass the Raise Act (meritocracy, vital national worker skills, no welfare, no felonies, e verify). Vetted pathway to citizenship.

Revised Bracero Program for guest workers to expedite processing

Send Job/Peace Corps/Commerce Secretary to Central American countries to implement/execute business growth and trade

Conclude revised NAFTA

Audit all US welfare/school programs to include only US citizens or bill exporting nations for cost of immigrant social programscin US.

I will oppose any attempts to raise the height of the Shasta Dam. 

I am opposed to the "California Water Fix."

I support legislation which repairs our exisiting infrastructure which would save water. Further, there should be mandatory urban recycling of water and reuse of graywater. Finally, we need to manage our groundwater sustainably. 

I will fight to get corporate money out of politics. That is the first step. Corporate money creates a polarizing effect on politics and doesn't allow and new ideas to break through. The biggest first step in this amending the Constitution so Citizens United is no longer the law of the land.
