My Top 3 Priorities
- Creating Good Paying Jobs: Incomes aren't growing fast enough to keep up with growing housing prices. Funding job training programs in high tech manufacturing to help displaced workers recover from the recession.
- Transportation and Infrastructure: Simply put: we are wasting too much time and money sitting in traffic, in congress I will continue to make funding of local public transportation projects a top priority.
- Affordable Healthcare: I believe that access to affordable healthcare is a right, not a privilege. I will continue to oppose efforts to repeal the ACA and efforts to privatize Medicare and social security.
