Questions from League of Women Voters of California (3)
What programs or legislation, if any, would you support to help Americans of all ages to secure affordable health care?
Answer from Eric Early:
Coverage for pre-existing conditions is mandatory. Encourage competition among the nation's private insurers to provide the best coverage at the lowest price. Allow all Americans to keep their existing coverage and the ability to chose their own doctors.
Describe an immigration policy that you would support if presented to the House of Representatives.
Answer from Eric Early:
I support Legal immigration to our country. I am against illegal immigration to our country. With respect to those already here illegally, and provided that we first secure our borders, I would support a process of legalizing those of have already come here and who have not broken the law. I am against Sanctuary laws, as those laws are devoted EXCLUSIVELY to protecting those who have come here illegally AND who have committed crimes since they got here. No nation should protect those here illegally who have also broken the law since they got here.
What financing method(s) would you support to repair or improve roads, rails, ports, airports, the electrical grid, and other infrastructure in the U.S.?
Answer from Eric Early:
Fixing our nation's crumbling infrastructure is mandatory. Funds should be divereted from certain entitlement programs to rebuild our infrastructure. I am against any tax increases. Americans are already overtaxed as it it.
