 With over 30 years developing the “Best in Class” domestic and international health plans that reduce costs, increase quality of care for patients, opening opportunity for innovation and medical futuristics, I have the answer to one of the biggest issues in the US.

Restore our health care free market system to drive down costs through competition, advances in healthcare technology addressing fraud, waste and abuse.  Bringing in advanced technologies we can have an effective cost rate reduction of 20-25% in administrations costs by adding sentinel programs to address the fraud, waste and abuse we can enjoy an additional rate reduction of 20%.  Strong position of Pharma cost reduction that would cut prices 50-60%.  There are many other cost reduction policies I will introduce once in Congress that will offer increased benefits with reductions in total healthcare costs by 50-60%.

By these programs measures we will be able to secure the sustainability of our healthcare system for all ages.

I support immigration laws and immigration reforms that address the needs of national security and stricter penalties for illegal aliens themselves, as well as for those who help smuggle illegal aliens into the country, those who create fraudulent documents to prolong the ability of illegal aliens to stay in the country, and employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens.

I also support the right of border patrol agents to deport illegal immigrants without giving them a hearing before a judge.  One of the proposed systems to help oversee the process is the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program is an online system designed to help benefit-issuing agencies, institutions, and licensing agencies determine the immigration status of applicants.

I support the proposition to phase out the federal transit program and reform provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act which can delay and drive up costs for transportation projects.

We renew our call for repeal of the Davis-Bacon law, which limits employment and drives up construction and maintenance costs for the benefit of unions. Recognizing that, over time, additional revenue will be needed to expand the carrying capacity of roads and bridges, we will remove legal roadblocks to public-private partnership agreements that can save the taxpayers’ money and bring outside investment to meet a community’s needs. With most of the states increasing their own funding for transportation, we oppose a further increase in the federal gas tax.

I support expedited siting processes and the thoughtful expansion of the grid so that consumers and businesses continue to have access to affordable and reliable electricity.
