There are programs out there that need fixed, not a new complete plan just to fix and make what is there a lot better.
There are some immigration laws that do need modernized. I am not saying to stop immigration but we need to know who they are and refuse BAD ones.
There is tax money in place in many states. I would say first look into who is spending the Taxpayers money . Audit the books. There has been a question many times ,
( where did all the tax money go you had? ) There is questions to be answered and those to answer for that.

Pro - God / Pro - Life / Strong for U.S. Constitution as written
I stand for our Constitution as written and see no reason to change what our Nations founders established. Our laws were for an organized goverment to represent the states, the American citizens and our church.
This great country was established to respect God and strong principles. I want to get to Washington and do everything I can to see that Congress gets back to basics. They are there to work for Americans and I will get it done. Our Immigration Laws need to be addressed. The voting system is a mess, we need voter I.D. set up. Yes, I agree that every vote must be counted. I also say they must vote only once with knowing that person is an American citizen. I have seen how our Christian churches are under attack. The laws need to be made clear it should be both way when said Freedom of religion, as well as FOR Religion. No politician should be able to tell a minister, preacher, priest or pastor what or HOW to lead their congregation. That is what the Father above put them for was to give guidance and leadership to the members. Some polititians may fear the truth may hurt them I guess. Our Congress needs to get back into protecting families. To remove censorship from T.V. completly is to open the families to x rated information the child may not understand. A parent should help to educate them when possible. Family values are being degraded in our country and this should be put into a committee to see IF there is a way to protect Family Values and Family Health and safety.
Our school systems are not at a respectable level. The rating for California schools is near the bottom, this has to be improved as soon as possible. May high schoolers cannot read at the grade level they are in. Many students do not want to go to college for several years and owe a giant school loan. There are many who would wish for a trade school during High School, learn a trade and have a career for life. An income with no school loan to burden them.
The homeless is out of control, we have the majority of all the nations homeless in our great state of California. I say it is time to find out what it will take to help each one on an individual basis. The laws need to reflect the ways to work with them. Those that are disabled need assistance , not pity and pushed back outside. When we set them up for an honest way to live with a bit of respect they can start to funtion in society again. There must be laws to help, not to enable.
There should be a system for the disabled for those who would like to work and thus feel like they are contributing should have a way to get out there. I feel a Computer program to assist most disabilities would get many into the work force. So many would turn into a great asset for a company for most of them would be greatful to be working and turn into very reliable employees.
On Healthcare, current programs are in need of being improved. Not torn up. I feel for example DENTAL should be included in any plan, not an added option. Same with Medicine, it is needed by all at one time or another that cannot be planned for, it must be in every plan. I would like to see plans that are still worthy being set up for those who are on a budjet to have it set by their income. You know just like subsidized Apartments are so should and could health plans. All these I will work on in Washington.
