My Top 3 Priorities
Access to affordable housing and combatting homelessness: As the Mayor of Palm Springs, we have made considerable progress on this issue: approving hundreds of units of affordable housing, investing millions of dollars to build new housing.
Regional economic development: In the Assembly, I will work to create stable jobs and careers that pay a living wage, investing in a regional economy that lifts all of us up, protecting workers and local businesses, and invest in our local economy.
Protecting our environment: It’s time to accelerate our transition to green, renewable energies to protect our environment and reverse the effects of climate change.

My Top 3 Priorities
I’ll strongly oppose ‘Defunding the Police’ and ‘Sanctuary Cities,’ and will fight to secure our border.
I’ll support middle-class and small business tax cuts, and work to attract and retain businesses and good paying jobs.
I’ll fight for affordable housing! California is 49th in construction and affordability. Hawaii is 50th! Why don’t we build more? State and local government policies.

Political Beliefs
Political Philosophy
My approach is to work with everyone -- including liberals and the progressive left, and to support conservative Democrats, if there are any, to bolster conservative thinking in Sacramento. To be clear as a conservative I support smaller government, lower taxes and lower spending. A vote for me is a vote for the American freedoms to speak your opinion out loud, to run a business, to self-protection, and to educate your children without the anti-American propangda, and anti-inappropiate sex education.
