My Top 3 Priorities

  • Fiscal Responsibility- Monrovia must continue to progress economically and remain fiscally sound. Federal and State mandates that cities must implement, without sufficient funds, continues to be one of our greatest challenges.
  • Public Safety- Provide a safe and wholesome environment for our citizens by having the resources available for our Police Department, Fire Department, and Public Works to do their jobs.
  • Youth- Continue to focus on our youth and provide a safe environment where they can be educated and develop as leaders. Have job training opportunities and participate in wholesome entertainment activities, e.g. the Friday Night Project, and (YES) Yo
