My Top 3 Priorities

  • Fiscal Responsibility for Bond Expenditures and Operating Budgets
  • Safe and Secure Learning Environment for our administrators, teachers, staff and students to deal effectively with crisis
  • Increase the use of technology to better prepare students for the challenges they will face entering the global workforce.

A 25 year Pico Rivera Resident, I retired from Aerospace having worked in Facilities Management and Program Management. A publilshed author in Facilities Management and Business Continuity, I bring my extensive experience to the El Rancho School District. I hold a Master's in Management, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. My exposure to the school district comes from serving on the Citizen's Oversight Bond Committee where I brought up my concerns on overspending and mismanagement. This experience will help improve the organization operations.
