Mis 3 prioridades principales

  • Reinvest in student resources within the classroom to provide the supports our students need and deserve.
  • Improving the educational outcomes for all of our students, especially the most marginalized, to ensure every student receives a quality education.
  • Develop a system of transparent accountability to ensure that the educational measures and goals for our students are clearly defined and adhered to.

I am a father and educator. Unlike some of my students and peers, I was fortunate to have grown up with a father who instilled in me the importance of legacy. Although he was incarcerated for part of my childhood, he reminded me daily that it was my responsibility to do better than him. My father didn’t graduate high school let alone go to college. Yet he stood by and pushed me until I graduated from law school. Whatever the makeup of your family, I am committed to listening to your needs and ensuring your voice is heard. I will help you to navigate the district system to get your child’s educational needs met. You need a Board member who is as committed to the needs of your family as you are. I can be that person.
